Collecting/Drop-off of our Guests

  • Confirmation email is sent to traveller a day before from the control centre.
  • SMS is sent to traveller confirming pick up details.
  • Our professional driver arrives at the pick-up point 15 minutes prior collection time.
  • Should driver not locate guest within 30 minutes, control centre will follow up with the guest.
  • Driver opens doors and carries luggage – “It is the right of the traveller to be pampered”.
